Very good, competitive prices for care service. Polite staff. Dropped my car before 10 am and was ready around 1 pm. Impressive. Highly recommended.
Very professional, helpful and polite. Excellent service and great communication too. My car was serviced and I was told which service would be best according to the age of my car. Very reasonable price too. I would highly recommend.
3 weeks ago I had lots of problems occur on my Audi A3 (mostly warning lights and misfiring) I had a road side assistant mechanic diagnostic test the problem for me and he stated it was a Alternator issue and needed to be changed. I contacted Mr clutch and was greeted by friendly staff with lots of knowledge and experience. They ordered, supplied and fitted a new alternator within hours at good price. However, My warning lights and misfiring was due to a wiring issue that could of left the car in a serious state. Although it was a severe problem they managed to fix my wiring and warning lights in a couple hours. They kept me updated the whole way and done a fantastic job. I will certainly be coming back for all my Mot's and services. They may charge slightly more than others or less than other mechanics in the area but I would rather pay a little more and know I'm getting the best service. Highly recommend to all!!
Excellent no nonsense service and advice. Polite staff. Been using them for a few years now. Thoroughly recommend the southend branch on southchurch Rd.
Great. The manager is excellent and the prices more than fair, they are also very honest.
